- Keep the shop organized, clean, and welcoming for customers
Requirements
- Proven experience as a florist, preferably with knowledge of the Qatar market
- Strong creativity and a keen eye for design
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Familiarity with local flower suppliers and seasonal availability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation
- Pay: QAR5,000.00 QAR8,000.00 per month
