Responsibilities
- Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, wreaths, centerpieces, and other floral displays.
- Prepare flowers by trimming, conditioning, and arranging them according to design standards.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and arrangements based on their preferences, occasions, and budget.
- Process customer orders accurately for in store, online, and telephone requests.
- Ensure flowers and plants are properly cared for, including watering, conditioning, and storage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floral work area, display shelves, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering flowers, plants, containers, ribbons, and other floral supplies.
- Receive and inspect flower deliveries, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Replace damaged or wilted flowers and maintain attractive displays.
