Responsibilities
- Create and arrange fresh flower bouquets, floral baskets, and customized floral designs
- Supervise junior staff
- Prepare floral arrangements for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions
- Ensure flowers are properly cared for, including trimming, watering, and maintaining freshness
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and provide recommendations
- Decorate displays and maintain an attractive presentation of flowers and related products
- Manage inventory by monitoring flower stock and reporting replenishment requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Support floral setup and dismantling for events when required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Florist or Floral Designer
- Knowledge of flower varieties, floral arrangement techniques, and plant care
- Creativity with a good eye for color, design, and presentation
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay
- AED 3,200.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
