- Create bespoke floral arrangements with creativity, precision, and exceptional attention to detail
- Deliver a luxury customer experience by assisting clients with warmth, professionalism, and expert floral recommendations
- Manage customer inquiries, custom orders, and special requests while ensuring complete satisfaction
- Stay inspired by the latest floral trends and bring fresh, innovative design ideas to every arrangement
- Handle flowers with the highest level of care to maintain premium quality and freshness
- Work efficiently in a fast paced environment while meeting daily production and delivery deadlines
- Collaborate with the team to execute everyday orders, weddings, events, and seasonal collections
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually inspiring workspace that reflects our luxury brand standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a florist
- Ability to create bespoke floral arrangements with creativity and precision
