Role Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage café staff, including scheduling and task allocation.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Uphold health and safety standards according to HACCP guidelines.
- Communicate with clients and partners in Russian.
- Travel to Monaco occasionally for business.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a café administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service.
- Fluency in French and English.
- At least two years of administration experience is required.
Compensation
- The pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- The job is located in Dubai and requires in-person work.
