Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front of house operations and ensure a seamless guest experience
- Supervise floor staff, manage table allocations and reservations
- Maintain service standards across multiple dining areas
- Monitor guest satisfaction, handle escalated issues
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service
- Train and coach staff, implement operating procedures
- Support opening and closing routines
- Collaborate with management to optimize efficiency and deliver consistent, high end hospitality
Requirements
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver a premium fine dining experience
- Excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with guests, team members, and management
- Experience in Operations Management, including floor supervision and coordination of front of house activities
- Ability to design and deliver Training for service staff, including coaching on standards and procedures
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations

- Abareez Advanced Company is launching Abareez, a new multi cuisine fine dining destination in Riyadh, scheduled to open in 2026.

Role Description
- The Floor Manager is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh, responsible for overseeing daily front of house operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- This role includes supervising floor staff, managing table allocations and reservations, and maintaining service standards across multiple dining areas.
- The Floor Manager will monitor guest satisfaction, handle escalated issues, and coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Additional responsibilities include training and coaching staff, implementing operating procedures, supporting opening and closing routines, and collaborating with management to optimize efficiency and deliver consistent, high end hospitality.
Qualifications
