About the Role
Dimensions is seeking a Floor Manager to supervise daily restaurant floor operations in Jeddah. The role involves leading the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and coordinating with the kitchen.

Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Assist in scheduling, reporting, and operational planning
Requirements
- 3–5 years of restaurant or hospitality experience
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
