Role Overview
Lead day-to-day restaurant operations at a prime Dubai location.
Manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams while delivering a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor operations, service delivery, food safety, and brand standards.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate service staff.
- Oversee administration, basic accounting, cost control, procurement, and daily sales.
- Resolve guest complaints and build relationships with local and international guests.
- Manage inventory, supplier coordination, and restaurant POS operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Arabic fluency in speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory.
- Strong English proficiency is required.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven Restaurant Manager experience.
- UAE hospitality or fine dining experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of restaurant procedures, financial tracking, and UAE municipality health and safety regulations is required.
- Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills are required.
