We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Floor Layer to join our team in Milton Keynes working in partnership with Milton Keynes Council. You’ll carry out a wide range of flooring installations and repairs across residential properties, helping to deliver a stable and high-quality service to the local community.

Proven experience as a floor layer across domestic and commercial settings
Experienced in the above duties
Skilled in sheet vinyl, tile work, cap and cove installations, and floor preparation
Experience using self-levelling compounds and screed
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication skills—verbal and written
Basic IT literacy for logging and reporting tasks
Full UK driving licence
Own hand and power tools required
