A Snapshot of Your Day (Floor Assembly Technician) As a Floor Assembly Technician, you will play an important role in supporting the assembly, testing, and maintenance of converter systems while ensuring efficient production operations and adherence to quality standards.
Working closely with production, quality, supply chain, and engineering teams, you will help deliver reliable products that meet customer requirements and business objectives.
In this role, you will contribute to shop floor operations, calibration activities, quality management processes, and EHS compliance while gradually developing capabilities in automation, digital tools, and first-level system support.
Through hands-on experience and on-the-job learning, you will gain exposure to modern manufacturing technologies, digital production systems, and troubleshooting techniques that support operational excellence.

How You'll Make an Impact
Assemble and test converter systems in accordance with defined work instructions, quality standards, and production requirements.
Execute daily production activities in line with manufacturing schedules and business delivery commitments.
Support production coordination activities and contribute to smooth shop floor operations.
Plan consumables and coordinate procurement requests with Supply Chain Management teams to support uninterrupted production.
Manage tools and equipment at production locations, ensuring proper handling, storage, and availability.
Support customer Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities and maintain required documentation.
Share manufacturing performance data, KPIs, and production-related information with relevant internal stakeholders.
Maintain inventory records of spare parts, consumables, and production-related materials.
Perform calibration of measuring instruments, equipment, and torque wrenches according to defined schedules and standards.
Maintain calibration records and ensure proper storage of documentation for compliance and traceability.
Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and actively promote safe working practices on the shop floor.

Participate in HIRA reviews, support implementation of corrective actions, and maintain safety-related documentation.
Conduct safety inspections and monthly safety rounds while ensuring compliance with applicable safety requirements.
Support Quality Management System (QMS) activities by maintaining product quality throughout assembly and testing processes.
Participate in internal and external quality audits and assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Support the development, implementation, and documentation of quality-related processes and procedures.
Visit project sites and customer locations when required to support valve and converter system-related activities.
Assist in resolving site-related technical issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely closure.
Learn and support basic configuration and operation of digital manufacturing systems used on the shop floor.
Assist with software and firmware updates for tools, controllers, and associated equipment under guidance.
Support Wi-Fi connectivity, basic networking activities, and IP configuration of manufacturing devices.
Assist in controller configuration and integration with accessories such as signal towers, BitBox systems, and peripheral devices.
Monitor system status screens, measurements programs, parameter sets, and basic error logs to support production continuity.
Identify common system alarms and escalate issues using established troubleshooting and reporting procedures.
Perform basic network connectivity checks and support first-level troubleshooting activities. What You Bring
Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, testing, production support, or industrial environments.
Basic understanding of electrical, electronic, instrumentation, or automation systems.
Strong willingness to learn automation technologies, digital manufacturing tools, and industrial systems.
Comfortable working in a factory and shop floor environment.
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to work with software applications and digital interfaces.
Understanding of production processes, assembly activities, testing procedures, and equipment handling practices.
Knowledge of quality standards, documentation processes, and continuous improvement principles is an advantage.
Awareness of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices within manufacturing environments.
Logical and structured approach to problem solving and troubleshooting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and report issues clearly.
Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
