The Flood Customer Service Representative will a ssure quality customer service for customers and Agents.

Handle complex questions pertaining to flood insurance policies.

Modify flood data in Flood System when necessary.

• Assist customers and Agents with complex questions regarding flood insurance policies.
• Provide rate quotes for increases in coverage on existing policies.
• Perform additional duties as required or requested by the Supervisor or Lead.
• May assist in training new staff members when and where required.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Vocational, business, or technical school training preferred
