Autonodyne?s offices are in the Seaport District of Boston, Massachusetts and is looking for an engineer with a passion for sUAS and RC aircraft that can demonstrate the ability to develop and carry out complex flight-testing operations safely and effectively.
This position reports to the Director of Systems Engineering.
Develop flight test plans for the systems engineering verification and validation process.
Plan testing programs to account for development cycles and project deadlines.
Maintain the fleet of Autonodyne flight test vehicles.
Effectively record flight test results in an organized and meaningful manner and convey flight test results with the development team.
Support flight demonstrations when needed.

We are seeking recent graduates (0 to 5 years experience)
A high degree of RC experience is preferred for this position but not required if the applicant has other relevant UAS flight testing experience.
Has an active Part-107 UAS pilot license.
Experience (or a very strong interest) in UAS/UAV/Unmanned systems.
This position will likely involve travel to customer and non-customer sites principally in North America (10-20%) but global travel is also possible.
Strongly prefer domicile near the Boston/Cambridge metro area but will consider non-local domicile ? relocation to Boston area part of compensation package, if necessary

Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
