Job Purpose
Provide high-standard air and ground operation services to customers.
Coordinate operational services with stakeholders and vendors in line with customer needs and aviation regulations.
Be accountable to the Flight Operations Supervisor or Manager for daily operational running.
Principal Accountabilities
- Control and deliver air and ground operations services while maintaining compliance and avoiding flight disruptions.
- Obtain overflight and landing clearances, PPRs, and slots.
- Coordinate ground handling, fuel, catering, hotel, and transportation suppliers.
- Handle customer requests accurately, resourcefully, and tactfully.
- Prepare reports, orders, schedules, and movements for flight operations and safety.
- Compile and distribute flight operations and quality-control reports.
- Ensure operations comply with corporate safety and security rules, local laws, and CAA and ICAO standards.
- Apply company operations manuals, operational notifications, and AIP records.
- Provide management with regular reports and influence operational units to improve performance.
- Work weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.
