- We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Flight Dispatcher / Operations Controller to join our Operations Control team. This is a pivotal, fast-paced role responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily flight operationsensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional service delivery at every stage.
The Role
As a Flight Operations Officer, you will be at the centre of real-time decision-makingplanning, coordinating, and monitoring flight operations across the network. You will work collaboratively across departments to anticipate operational needs, resolve challenges, and maintain the highest standards of safety and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily flight operations , ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements
- Prepare and validate operational flight plans , crew briefings, routing, fuel requirements, and airfield performance considerations
- Monitor flights in real-time, proactively managing changes, delays, and operational challenges
- Liaise with flight crews, maintenance, scheduling, and ground handling teams to ensure seamless execution of flights
- Manage operational requirements including slots, permits, handling arrangements, and regulatory documentation
- Respond to disruptions and emergencies, supporting the activation of ERP, flight watch, and contingency procedures
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and operational documentation in line with compliance requirements
- Deliver clear, timely communication to internal stakeholders and Owner Services regarding flight status and updates
