Flight Dispatcher Role- Required Russian Speakers

Job Description

• Flight planning and filing with all applicable ATC agencies, (utilizing PPS software)
• Calculating the Takeoff/Landing limitations.
• Computing the required fuel, flight duration.
• Working knowledge of reading and implementing MEL/CDL.
• Following and monitoring the flight throughout and evaluating and re-evaluating the weather, route, and other factors during the flight.
• Planning for alternates (departure, enroute and destination)
• Collating/reviewing/delivering WX, NOTAM’s, PIREPs, enroute and airport Info to flight crew.
• Ensuring aircraft, crew and passengers have all necessary equipment, documents, visas, and any other entry requirements by concerned states/regions.
• Ensures that all airports and routes are operationally suitable and meet operator's requirements.
• Setting up ground handling, in accordance with operator's preference, appropriate facilities (weight restrictions, parking, aircraft servicing, hangarage, etc. and economical and efficient ground handling
• Obtaining all overflight/landing permits, and slots, by all regulations in an expeditious and economic manner.
• Flight following/monitoring/timely relay of movement messages.
• Staying current on all applicable NOTAMs, FARs, AIP’s, ICAO recommended practices and procedures, and the regulations of each state of operations.
• Maintaining knowledge of aeronautical navigation systems, charts, airspace, air traffic control, aircraft performance, AFM, MEL, aeronautical communications, and publications.
• Ensuring fuel is being arranged and fuel releases relayed in a timely manner.
• Responds to requests of the charter department and flight crew for international trip support services.
• Preparing/disseminating complete flight briefings for the flight crew.
