PAL Airlines is currently recruiting for a Flight Attendant Training Coordinator to join our team in St.

John's, NL or Halifax, NS .

In the role of Flight Attendant Training Coordinato r you will be responsible for:

• Conduct and schedule in-flight inspections;
• Train Flight Attendants in accordance with approved training program;
• Prepare changes to in-flight service/training program and coordinate changes with the Cabin Safety Department;
• Maintain Flight Attendant electronic training files;
• Oversight and maintenance of documents required on the C-EFBs;
• Monitor on-line training courses to ensure courses are issued and completed;
• Implementation and development of training manuals;
• Develop training materials in accordance with the Company Training Standard;
• Monitor and bring forth improvements to be made in training processes to management; develop strategies for process improvement;
• Travel as required for training assignments;
• Conduct audits for cabin safety;
• Other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will be required to maintain currency as an on-line flight attendant and fly as required to audit/line check and ensure service standards.

• Two years experience as a flight attendant
• Must be bilingual
