Requirements
- At least 5 years corporate experience
- Experience in planning menus and sourcing catering
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think outside the box for unexpected situations
- Ability to use own initiative when necessary
- Must be flexible, adaptable, and a team player
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure situations
- Strong problem solving skills
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
