Overview
- **Flexographic Printing Knowledge** – Understanding of plate mounting, ink transfer, anilox rollers, and substrates paper.
- **Machine Setup & Operation** – Ability to set up printing jobs, adjust speed, pressure, and alignment.
- **Ink Mixing & Color Matching** – Knowledge of ink viscosity, color shades, and consistency.
- **Anilox & Plate Handling** – Proper cleaning, inspection, and maintenance.
- **Registration Control** – Ensuring proper alignment of colors during printing.
