As a Call Center Representative, you'll serve as a trusted resource for our customers, assisting with banking questions, digital services, accounts, and loans while delivering the exceptional service Rockland Trust is known for.

• Flexible scheduling options of 20+ hours, day and evening shifts available.
• Competitive pay: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour

• Assist customers through inbound and outbound calls regarding accounts, loans, online banking, and other financial services
• Resolve questions and issues while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Process customer requests accurately and efficiently
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through referrals
• Document interactions and maintain compliance with quality and service standards
• Collaborate with teammates while meeting performance and attendance expectations
