The Fleet Thermal Engineer role is to provide fleet-wide engineering support for thermal systems, with primary emphasis on boiler performance, high-energy piping reliability, and steam cycle equipment. The role supports plant operations, maintenance, and outage planning by resolving thermal performance and equipment reliability issues and implementing engineering solutions that enhance efficiency and safe operation. Responsibilities include Balance of Plant thermal system supportcovering condensers, cooling towers, and air-cooled condensersand leadership in the implementation and continuous improvement of the fleet Boiler Program.
The Fleet Thermal Engineer works closely with fleet engineering, plant operations, maintenance teams, and third-party vendors to ensure consistent application of fleet standards, reliability programs, and thermal engineering best practices.
