As we expand our operations, we are looking for a
Fleet Supervisor
to lead our delivery fleet and manage last-mile operations for furniture and bulky items across the country.
Position Overview
The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the
daily operations of the delivery fleet
, ensuring timely, safe, and efficient last-mile deliveries.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in
furniture delivery or e-commerce logistics
in the UAE and strong knowledge of local routes, customer handling, and driver management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate
- drivers and delivery teams
- for daily furniture deliveries.
- Plan, optimize, and monitor
- delivery routes
- to ensure on-time and cost-effective operations.
- Manage
- vehicle maintenance schedules, insurance renewals, and RTA compliance

- Work closely with the
- warehouse and operations team
- to align deliveries with customer orders.
- Handle
- delivery challenges
- such as rescheduling, damaged goods, or access issues at customer locations.
- Track and report
- fleet KPIs
- including delivery success rate, vehicle utilization, and fuel efficiency.

- Support the onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of new drivers.
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve last-mile processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum
- 4 years of experience
- in
- fleet supervision, logistics, or last-mile furniture delivery
- within the UAE.
- Valid
- UAE driving license
- .
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of
- UAE road networks, routes, and delivery zones
- .
- Familiarity with
- delivery tracking systems or fleet management tools
- .
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Background in
- e-commerce operations or furniture logistics
- preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
