Overview
We are seeking an individual to manage fleet accounts, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate must have UAE market experience in the car rental industry and a strong understanding of fleet operations and customer management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage fleet/corporate accounts
- Track fleet performance through various government portals
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and rental agreements accurately
- Generate leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with operations for vehicle availability and delivery
- Monitor payments, contracts, renewals, and account performance
- Maintain records and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience in car rental and fleet sales (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong English communication (reading and writing required); Arabic is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of RTA regulations and rental documentation
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
