Setinone.ae is a rapidly growing **furniture and home décor e-commerce marketplace** dedicated to delivering quality, comfort, and style to homes across the UAE.
We specialize in **fast and reliable delivery**, ensuring every customer receives a seamless shopping and setup experience.
As we expand our operations, we are looking for a **Fleet Supervisor** to lead our delivery fleet and manage last-mile operations for furniture and bulky items across the country.
Position Overview
The Fleet Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the **daily operations of the delivery fleet**, ensuring timely, safe, and efficient last-mile deliveries.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in **furniture delivery or e-commerce logistics** in the UAE and strong knowledge of local routes, customer handling, and driver management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate **drivers and delivery teams** for daily furniture deliveries.
- Plan, optimize, and monitor **delivery routes** to ensure on-time and cost-effective operations.
- Manage **vehicle maintenance schedules, insurance renewals, and RTA compliance**.
- Work closely with the **warehouse and operations team** to align deliveries with customer orders.
- Handle **delivery challenges** such as rescheduling, damaged goods, or access issues at customer locations.
- Track and report **fleet KPIs** including delivery success rate, vehicle utilization, and fuel efficiency.
- Ensure all delivery staff adhere to **company policies, road safety, and customer service standards**.
- Support the onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of new drivers.
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve last-mile processes and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum **4 years of experience** in **fleet supervision, logistics, or last-mile furniture delivery** within the UAE.
- Valid **UAE driving license**.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of **UAE road networks, routes, and delivery zones**.
- Familiarity with **delivery tracking systems or fleet management tools**.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Background in **e-commerce operations or furniture logistics** preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
