Job Overview
- Fleet Sales Executive responsible for bringing in and managing business from companies that operate multiple vehicles.
- Main objective: Increase garage revenue by securing fleet maintenance contracts, repair work, body shop services, and preventive maintenance agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify companies with vehicle fleets and visit potential clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, emails, and referrals.
- Submit quotations and service proposals.
- Build long term relationships with fleet managers and procurement teams.
- Act as main contact for fleet customers and ensure satisfaction and contract renewals.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate maintenance contracts and pricing.
- Upsell services such as tyres, batteries, detailing, body repairs, and roadside assistance.
- Coordinate with service advisors and workshop managers for priority service.
- Maintain records of prospects and clients, prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
- 5 years of automotive B2B sales experience.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and workshop operations.
- Strong networking and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license (must).
- Existing contacts with fleet operators in UAE would be an advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Ability to build corporate relationships.
- UAE driving license (highly preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
