The Fleet Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Doha Metropolitan Area.

The role manages and expands corporate and institutional accounts, focusing on vehicle fleet sales and long-term contracts.

Prospect new business opportunities.
Prepare and present proposals and conduct product demonstrations.
Negotiate pricing and terms.
Coordinate vehicle availability, delivery schedules, and after-sales support with internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines.
Follow up with clients to support satisfaction and retention.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Strong fleet sales expertise and understanding of corporate and institutional sales processes.
Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction focus.
Clear professional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven automotive sales or B2B sales experience is required.
Qatar or GCC market experience is advantageous.
Strong networking, relationship-building, and account management abilities.
Results-driven mindset with numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, presentations, and other basic office software.
Valid driving license and ability to work on-site in the Doha Metropolitan Area.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an asset.
