Role Overview
Fleet Operations Supervisor role supporting a new last-mile delivery operation in Dubai.
The role involves supervising delivery riders and building fleet operations from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise delivery riders.
- Monitor daily rider performance, attendance, orders, and KPIs.
- Handle rider onboarding and deployment.
- Coordinate motorcycles, permits, visas, and operational requirements.
- Manage platform-related operational issues and daily reporting.
- Support recruitment and expansion of the rider fleet.
- Assist in building efficient fleet operations from the ground up.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in last-mile delivery or 3PL operations.
- Direct experience with Talabat, Noon, or Keeta is required.
- Good knowledge of UAE rider operations and RTA requirements.
- Experience managing a fleet of delivery riders.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- A UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000–6,000 per month plus performance incentives.
Workplace
- The job is full-time and based in person in Dubai.
