Are you an experienced fleet professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, managing supplier relationships, and driving operational excellence? We're looking for a Fleet Operations Manager to take ownership of in-life fleet operations, ensuring vehicles remain compliant, cost-effective, and fully operational for our customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing mission critical customer fleets, working closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers to provide a seamless operational experience while delivering against key performance indicators and service level agreements.
You'll oversee all aspects of in-life vehicle management, including:
Vehicle maintenance and compliance
Vehicles off road (VOR) management
Hire vehicle arrangements
Accident and breakdown management
Supplier performance and relationship management
Operational reporting and KPI delivery
Cost management and fleet optimisation

Working collaboratively across Operations, Commercial, Account Management, and supplier networks, you'll ensure customers receive a reliable, efficient, and cost-effective fleet service.
Experience within fleet management, fleet operations, or a similar operational environment.
Experience managing complex fleet operations and vehicle compliance requirements.
Understanding of supplier performance management and service delivery frameworks.
Proven experience managing supplier and customer relationships.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to analyse operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Full UK driving licence.
