Aceros y Servicios Triple-S is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee strategic and operational management of the vehicle fleet in the UAE. The role involves developing fleet strategies, optimizing vehicle utilization, managing maintenance programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fleet management strategies aligned with organizational objectives, operational requirements, and transportation goals
- Oversee day to day fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, scheduling, utilization, maintenance planning, fuel management, and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with logistics, supply chain, procurement, operations, finance, safety, and customer service teams to ensure efficient fleet operations and service delivery
- Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs to maximize fleet reliability and minimize downtime
- Manage relationships with vehicle manufacturers, leasing companies, maintenance providers, fuel suppliers, insurance providers, and other external vendors
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including fleet utilization, vehicle availability, maintenance costs, fuel efficiency, total cost of ownership (TCO), downtime, on time delivery, accident rates, and regulatory compliance
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, licensing requirements, environmental standards, health and safety policies, insurance requirements, and organizational procedures
- Analyze fleet data, telematics, route performance, operating costs, and utilization trends to identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and operational improvement
- Develop fleet replacement strategies, capital expenditure plans, asset lifecycle management programs, and sustainability initiatives supporting electric or low emission vehicle adoption where appropriate
- Implement fleet management systems, GPS tracking solutions, telematics platforms, maintenance software, and reporting tools to improve operational visibility and decision making
- Prepare fleet performance reports, operational dashboards, budget forecasts, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop fleet supervisors, transportation coordinators, maintenance personnel, and fleet support teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transportation Management, Automotive Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
- Professional certifications such as CAFM, CTP, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in fleet management, transportation operations, logistics, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing fleet operations, transportation teams, or multi site logistics initiatives preferred
- Strong understanding of fleet operations, vehicle lifecycle management, preventive maintenance, telematics, transportation regulations, route optimization, fuel management, and cost control
- Experience with fleet management software, GPS tracking systems, telematics platforms, ERP systems, maintenance management software, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with electric vehicle (EV) fleet management, sustainability initiatives, third party logistics (3PL), procurement, and asset management practices is advantageous
- Strong leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, organizational, budgeting, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to optimize fleet operations while balancing safety, compliance, operational efficiency, cost control, and customer service objectives
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
