AMNCO is seeking a Fleet & Maintenance Manager to oversee fleet movement and maintenance operations.

The role is responsible for vehicle readiness, operational efficiency, safety, and business continuity.

Oversee daily fleet movement and vehicle availability for business requirements.
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for vehicles and operational equipment.
Develop maintenance schedules to maintain fleet readiness and minimize downtime.
Oversee breakdowns, repairs, workshops, external service providers, spare parts, materials, and maintenance costs.

Coordinate vehicle availability with operational departments and schedules.
Oversee vehicles used in cash transportation and other operational activities.
Monitor fleet utilization, vehicle availability, maintenance performance, and KPIs.
Prepare operational reports and implement corrective measures for recurring issues.

Ensure vehicles comply with safety requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations.
