Role Overview
The role oversees fleet maintenance planning, aircraft airworthiness, reliability, technical operations, MRO coordination, regulatory compliance, engineering support, maintenance costs, and fleet performance.
The manager provides technical and operational leadership across the aircraft lifecycle and ensures maintenance is safely executed, documented, cost-effective, and compliant.
Work Arrangement
- The position is fully remote and based within the United Arab Emirates.
Fleet Maintenance and Airworthiness
- Develop fleet maintenance strategies, standards, procedures, and short- and long-term maintenance plans.
- Maintain oversight of aircraft airworthiness, defects, inspections, life-limited components, mandatory requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate line, base, heavy, and scheduled maintenance activities while minimizing aircraft downtime.
- Manage MRO inputs, work scope, schedules, quality, costs, documentation, and return-to-service requirements.
