Energy Sustainability Program (ESP) seeks an experienced Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead fleet maintenance operations, asset reliability programs, and vehicle lifecycle management.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fleet maintenance strategies, policies, and preventive maintenance programs aligned with organizational objectives and operational requirements
- Oversee the maintenance, inspection, repair, servicing, and lifecycle management of fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, and mobile assets to maximize reliability and availability
- Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan
- Collaborate with transportation, logistics, operations, procurement, health and safety, finance, vendors, and executive leadership to support fleet performance and business continuity
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including fleet availability, vehicle uptime, maintenance costs, mean time between failures (MTBF), mean time to repair (MTTR), fuel efficiency, regulatory compliance, and asset utilization
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, environmental standards, occupational health and safety requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company maintenance policies
- Manage fleet maintenance budgets, capital expenditure (CapEx) planning, spare parts inventories, vendor contracts, warranties, and procurement activities to optimize costs and operational performance
- Conduct root cause analyses, equipment inspections, reliability assessments, and maintenance audits to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Oversee workshop operations, maintenance facilities, tooling, diagnostic equipment, and technician productivity while ensuring high quality service delivery
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Fleet Management Systems (FMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, telematics solutions, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and analytics tools to monitor fleet performance and maintenance activities
- Prepare fleet maintenance reports, asset performance dashboards, maintenance forecasts, compliance documentation, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance supervisors, fleet technicians, mechanics, planners, and cross functional teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Fleet Management, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, vehicle maintenance, asset management, transportation operations, or maintenance management roles
- 2+ years of experience managing fleet maintenance teams, workshops, or multi site maintenance operations preferred
- Strong understanding of fleet maintenance, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, vehicle diagnostics, asset lifecycle management, reliability engineering, and transportation regulations
- Experience with CMMS, Fleet Management Systems (FMS), ERP platforms, telematics systems, diagnostic software, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and maintenance analytics tools
- Strong leadership, technical, analytical, organizational, budgeting, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, vendor negotiation, workforce planning, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to optimize fleet performance while balancing safety, compliance, reliability, operational efficiency, and lifecycle costs
- Ability to work independently in on site and hybrid operational environments
