Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
- Professional certifications in Project Management, Supply Chain, or Fleet Management are an advantage
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Fleet Management, Transportation, Logistics, or Vehicle Leasing
- At least 8 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience managing large scale fleet operations
- Strong background in contracts, procurement, supplier management, and digital transformation
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English

Role Overview
- We are seeking an exceptional Fleet Executive Director to lead the strategic and operational management of one of the largest fleet operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- This executive role is responsible for driving operational excellence, digital transformation, governance, commercial performance, and sustainable growth while maximizing fleet utilization and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall fleet strategy and operational performance.
- Oversee fleet operations, maintenance, procurement, spare parts, and warehouse functions.
- Manage fleet lifecycle from acquisition through disposal.
- Lead supplier management, contract negotiations, and tendering processes.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and data driven decision making.
- Develop budgets, optimize operational costs, and improve profitability.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
