Track daily orders and address issues to support timely and accurate deliveries.
Monitor delivery speed, accuracy, and other performance metrics against company KPIs.
Resolve delivery disputes and issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with riders to optimize delivery routes and schedules and use resources efficiently.
Ensure riders comply with company policies and local delivery regulations.

Proven fleet coordination or similar experience within a delivery company is required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
The candidate must be able to analyze performance data and implement improvements.
Familiarity with delivery operations and logistics is required.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle disputes professionally are required.
