Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Fleet Controller to join our Transport Operations team, based in Kenwick, WA.
In this role, you will coordinate daily transport operations, allocate vehicles and work closely with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure freight is delivered safely and efficiently.
You will monitor fleet movements, manage operational requirements, and assist with resolving any issues or delays to maintain a high level of customer service.
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, with working hours aligned to operational requirements.

Job Purpose
We are currently seeking a Fleet Controller to join our Transport Operations team, based in Kenwick, WA. Key Accountabilities
· Coordinate daily transport operations to ensure service delivery requirements are met · Allocate vehicles and work to drivers, ensuring efficient use of fleet resources · Liaise with drivers, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues · Monitor and track vehicle movements, deliveries, and transport schedules · Prepare and maintain accurate operational records and documentation · Support compliance with company policies, procedures, safety, and transport requirements
