Key Responsibilities
- Find and locate company vehicles across assigned areas for operations.
- Apply branding materials (decals, signage, logos) correctly according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure all branded vehicles reflect the company s professional image and comply with branding standards.
- Report and document any branding issues or damage needing attention.
Vehicle Inspection & Audit
- Conduct thorough visual and functional inspections of all vehicles in the fleet.
- Use standard checklists to assess vehicle condition, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
- Perform comprehensive vehicle audits and update audit documentation accurately.
- Capture photographic evidence and detailed notes where applicable.
Maintenance & Repair Prioritization
- Identify vehicles that need priority maintenance or repairs based on inspection outcomes.
- Flag and report high-priority units immediately to the maintenance or fleet team.
- Follow up to ensure required maintenance or repairs are scheduled and executed on time.
Documentation & Reporting
- Complete inspection and audit checklists with clear, organized data.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inspections, audits, branding status, and maintenance reports.
- Submit daily/weekly status reports to fleet supervisors.
Team Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the fleet team to coordinate vehicle readiness, inspections, and onboarding.
- Assist in onboarding new fleet vehicles ensuring they are branded, inspected, and prepared according to company standards before deployment.
- Communicate with internal teams to support smooth operational workflows and resolve issues efficiently.
Required
- Valid UAE driving license held for more than 1 year.
- Strong knowledge of local locations and ability to navigate effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a field-based role.
Preferred
- Experience in fleet operations, vehicle inspection, audit, or car rental environments.
- Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and maintenance indicators.
- Familiarity with digital tools for reporting and inspection documentation.
