About the Opportunity
Join Qube's Moorebank operations team as a Fleet Allocator.
Coordinate freight movements safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Work closely with drivers, customers, and operational teams in a fast-paced transport environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and allocate daily transport movements to meet customer and operational requirements.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure freight movements are completed on time.
- Manage driver and fleet utilisation to maximise operational efficiency.
- Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Track vehicle, trailer, and equipment movements across the network.
- Maintain transport records and update Transport Management Systems.
- Provide drivers with job information, documentation, and operational support.
- Follow company policies, safety requirements, and compliance obligations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in transport allocation, fleet scheduling, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
