Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the asset tagging team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to timelines.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of asset management strategies and plans.
- Allocate resources effectively to optimize team performance and meet project deadlines.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and address issues promptly.
- Liaise with partner universities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure all tag data are entered into the SPAN System and reconcile SPAN data with the Fixed Asset Register monthly.
- Coordinate day to day operations including supervision, staff training, performance planning, and issue management.
- Generate comprehensive reports on asset management activities and analyze data to identify trends.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Business Studies
- At least 10 years of administrative experience
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in Inventory & Asset Management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven ability to lead and supervise teams
- Experience in performing reconciliations

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Oversee and manage the team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to timelines.

- Partner University Coordination: Liaise with partner universities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.

Qualifications and Education
- Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting or Business Studies.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and especially Excel.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a valuable advantage.
- Organizational & Time Management: Exceptional abilities in organizing tasks and managing time.
- Confidentiality: Proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Interpersonal & Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer centric approach.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering accuracy.
- Reconciliation Experience: Extensive experience in performing reconciliations.
- Initiative & Ad hoc Task Management: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and handle ad hoc tasks.
- Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to lead and supervise teams effectively.
- Professional Experience: At least ten (10) years of administrative experience, including five (5) years of supervisory responsibilities in Inventory & Asset Management field.
