- Oversee and manage all fit out activities on site, including installation, finishing, and site logistics
- Supervise and coordinate workers, providing guidance and assigning tasks
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and approved project plans
- Monitor daily progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to report on progress and resolve issues
- Ensure the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on site
- Troubleshoot and resolve site operations issues
- Maintain site documentation, such as progress reports and material records, and report daily progress and challenges to management
Requirements
- Experience in fit out supervision
