Role Overview
Fit-Out Site Engineer position based in the UAE.
The role requires at least three years of GCC experience in interior fit-out and construction projects.
The successful candidate will supervise site operations, coordinate project parties, ensure quality and safety compliance, and support delivery on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- At least three years of GCC experience in interior fit-out and construction.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and fit-out materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and reading construction drawings.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site activities for fit-out and construction projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements before execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
