Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to completion for interior fit out and design projects
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal design teams to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor project progress, budgets, timelines and resource allocation
- Prepare and present project reports, schedules and project documentation
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations and safety protocols
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, progress and resolve on site challenges
- Track and report daily progress and resources deployed at each project site
- Use MS Project to manage tasks, assign resources and adjust timelines based on real time site updates
- Prepare and maintain project programmes, Gantt charts, dashboards and progress reports
- Resolve project related issues, risks and stakeholder concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in interior fit out, renovation or construction projects
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Suite
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the UAE
- Strong documentation, planning and daily reporting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem solving abilities
- Detail oriented with a proactive approach

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in interior fit out, renovation or construction projects, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, design development and execution phases.
- Proficient in project management tools including MS Project and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working in the GCC region.
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements and building codes.
- Experience managing luxury, commercial or residential interior fit out and design projects.
- MEP experience.
- Fit out project estimation experience.
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) – essential.
- Arabic or any additional language will be considered an advantage.
Additional Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
