Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region for a Fitout Engineer.
The Fitout Engineer will oversee the execution of fit-out projects, including site inspections, managing project timelines, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring quality control.
Responsibilities include interpreting design plans, addressing technical challenges on-site, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
The role requires proactive problem-solving, effective communication with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of projects within budget and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, site supervision, and fit-out execution
- Proficiency in interpreting design and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of quality control, safety protocols, and construction best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Educational background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
- Previous experience in the fit-out industry or construction management in the Riyadh Region is advantageous
- Fluency in English and/or Arabic is preferred
