Position Overview
We are seeking a **Fitness Products Coordinator** to oversee and manage daily operations related to fitness product sales and distribution.
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, product knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
The Fitness Products Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Musclestore LLC’s reputation for excellence in fitness retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate fitness product inventory, procurement, and distribution.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and product performance.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns for fitness products.
- Prepare reports on product sales and recommend improvements.
- Assist in organizing product launches, fitness events, and customer engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar’s retail regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in retail coordination, product management, or fitness industry operations.
- Strong knowledge of fitness products, supplements, and training equipment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and inventory management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
