What you’ll do as a Fitness Instructor Deliver health and fitness programmes, coaching members on structured exercise plans tailored to their goals Track member progress, monitor attendance and exercise activity, and provide ongoing motivation and support Carry out health and fitness assessments, including body composition, cardiovascular and strength-based evaluations Welcome and onboard new members, helping them identify the most suitable programmes, services and activities Deliver group fitness, small group training and personal training sessions while maintaining high coaching standards Promote a safe, clean and inclusive gym environment and provide excellent customer service to all visitors Take part in ongoing learning and development opportunities to support your career progression and professional growth Does this sound like you?
