The Role
We offer agreement options ranging from 8-16 hours per week, depending on experience, business goals and club requirements.
Your paid gym floor hours provide opportunities to build your Personal Training business while delivering an exceptional member experience through:
Conducting member consultations and MOVE onboarding sessions
Supporting new member acquisition and retention
Delivering high-quality fitness coaching and customer service
Leading group training sessions and fitness challenges
Building strong relationships with members to support long-term engagement
Promoting additional services and products that enhance member results
Maintaining excellent standards of gym cleanliness, presentation and safety
