Responsibilities
- Lead high energy group training sessions
- Demonstrate exercises with proper form and provide real time coaching and motivation
- Conduct pre class setup and post class equipment organization
- Monitor member safety and technique, offering modifications or progressions
- Educate members on training principles and provide basic nutrition and recovery guidance
- Help new members feel welcome through introductions and onboarding
- Contribute to a positive studio atmosphere and assist with member retention initiatives
- Collaborate with the team on programming, events, and community engagement
Requirements
- Practical experience in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction
- Strong background in Fitness Training and the Fitness Industry
- Working knowledge of Nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., personal training, group exercise, strength and conditioning)
- Current CPR/first aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
