Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Fit outs Sales Manager based in Riyadh.
- The Fit outs Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, creating tailored proposals, and managing the full sales cycle for fit out and finishing projects.
- Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with project teams to align client expectations with delivery.
- The position requires the ability to analyze market trends, meet sales targets, develop new business opportunities, and contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, client acquisition, and business development, particularly in the construction or fit out industry.
- Knowledge of interior design, fit out processes, and finishing standards, along with understanding of relevant materials and techniques.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for client interactions.
- Proficiency in market analysis, lead generation, and building a robust sales pipeline.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers and designers, to deliver quality client solutions.
- Proven record of meeting sales targets and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
