Role Overview
Oversee day-to-day interior finishing works across gypsum, joinery, flooring, painting, and decorative finishes.
Ensure fit-out execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor workmanship and progress.
- Supervise finishing trades, enforce safety requirements, and manage manpower.
Technical Skills
- Ability to read drawings and supervise interior finishing trades.
- Ability to enforce safety requirements and manage manpower.
Advantageous Qualifications
- Capability to prepare 3D interior fit-out drawings for visualization and client presentations.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
