About the Role
Bright Spaces UAE is hiring a Fit-out Site Engineer in Dubai to liaise with subcontractors, supervise site personnel, manage health and safety, and ensure works are performed according to plans.

Responsibilities
- Liaise and coordinate with subcontractors
- Supervise and coordinate site personnel and subcontractors
- Report all relevant site activities and manage quality of work performed
- Oversee and manage Health and Safety
- Ensure site works are performed in accordance with policies and plans
- Arrange and deliver meetings as necessary to facilitate construction works
- Receive and review shop drawings
Requirements
- Experience in liaising and coordinating with subcontractors
- Ability to supervise site personnel and subcontractors
- Knowledge of health and safety management on site
- Experience in reviewing shop drawings
- Strong reporting and communication skills
