Role Overview
Fit-Out and Renovation Supervisor role overseeing residential and villa project activities.
The role coordinates civil, finishing, electrical, MEP, and specialist trade work through completion and handover.
Responsibilities
- Supervise fit-out, renovation, civil, finishing, and electrical activities from execution through completion.
- Supervise masonry, plastering, gypsum, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, lighting, power, distribution boards, wiring, and containment.
- Read and interpret architectural, civil, MEP, electrical, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate MEP, HVAC, carpentry, joinery, kitchen, wardrobe, subcontractor, and multiple trade teams.
- Monitor workmanship, materials, installation quality, manpower, progress, productivity, and site safety.
- Coordinate setting out, measurements, material requirements, inspections, snagging, rectification, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Prepare daily site reports, manpower reports, progress updates, and site photographs.
- Maintain housekeeping and coordinate with project management and other departments for timely completion.
Role Requirements
- Ability to supervise fit-out and renovation activities at residential and villa projects.
- Ability to manage civil, finishing, and electrical works through completion.
- Ability to interpret architectural, civil, MEP, electrical, and shop drawings.
- Ability to coordinate multiple specialist trades, workers, electricians, helpers, and subcontractors.
- Ability to monitor quality, progress, manpower, materials, productivity, reporting, safety, and handover activities.
