Fit-Out Project Supervisor – Civil & MEP

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage site survey, planning, mobilization, execution, and final handover.
• Coordinate client requirements, site activities, supervisors, technicians, labourers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and authorities.
• Coordinate civil, finishing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and firefighting works.
• Review architectural, civil, and MEP drawings and identify clashes or technical issues.
• Prepare material requirements and coordinate procurement and delivery.
• Inspect sites, monitor workmanship, productivity, material usage, progress, time, quality, and budget.
• Manage variations, client requirements, progress meetings, snag lists, and final snagging.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction projects.
• Strong experience independently managing multiple fit-out sites.
• Good understanding of civil, MEP, and finishing works.
• Ability to read architectural and MEP drawings.
• Good knowledge of BOQs, quantities, and material requirements.
• Strong labour, subcontractor management, client communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Good command of English; Hindi or Urdu is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.

• Work location is in person.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 4,000–AED 5,000 per month.
